I am registered to my step father in his koseki because I studied there when I was young. But he is not registered in my birth certificate here in the phil. My biological father is also a Japanese national. But he didn't know that he got my mother pregnant and my mom registered his name in my birth certificate.
My birth certificate is already corrected and it already indicate that my biological father is not my real father.
Do I have a chance to get a visa and stay with my family? Using the koseki tohon?
