JR Kyushu Beetle - Busan to Fukuoka

Hi, we are intending to take the JR beetle from Busan to Hakata on coming 4 May. But it seems like there are no tickets released as of yet. It is difficult to enquire from JR Kyushu directly so was wondering if anyone knows based on experience whether the ferry tickets will be released at a nearer date, or do they totally not operate during Japan Golden week? Thanks!
