Using my ANZ Debit Card (Visa)

Hi Everyone,
I have an ANZ Debit Card (Visa). Will that work at the Post office ATMs and 7-11 ATMS in Japan. I am going to take a fair bit of Yen over with me but in case i run out its good to know i can pull money out

Ask ANZ. Not many users on here would be AU or NZ banking customers.
I would say no normally. As my bank Heritage (qld) only allow credit card cash withdrawals overseas. But as we all know. All banks are different.

Ifm from NZ and Ifve used my ANZ EFTPOS card to withdraw cash in Japan from time to time over the years, usually from Post Office ATMs. So a debit card should also work.
