Cherry blossoms at very start of season

Our family arrive in Osaka on March 22. We are then in Kyoto from March 23-March 27. On the current forecast, will we see lots of cherry blossoms in both Osaka and Kyoto (in Kyoto in particular) and will they still be very beautiful even though they have just started and are not yet in full bloom?

It is much too early to get a meaningful, detailed prediction of the timing of the cherry blossoms.
