Renewing Japanese work visa

I've been working in Japan and I will have to be renewing my work visa soon. I'm just trying to figure out what documents are needed to renew and if there is a specific website that I can download and print out the applicatoin form.

If someone has experience renewing their work visa, I would greatly appreciate how I should go about the process. Thank you!

I assume you mean the extension of period of your stay with the current "work" resident status:
