Hello. . In march i will be 10 days in japan. Arriving and going home from tokyo. The question is what are the best places to visit around japan to see the cherries blossom also the hot spings,Mount fuji ,kyoto etc. The JR pass for 7 days of travel to visit japan is the best option?

Is your airport Narita [NRT] or Tokyo Haneda [HND]? (NRT is located outside Tokyo but counted as a Tokyo airport.)
Have you checked whether Kansai Airport [KIX] would serve well for you?
When in March 2020 will you travel? The best cherry-blossom viewing season depends on species and varies by years.
The JR pass for 7 days of travel to visit japan is the best option?
Your itinerary has not yet been settled; it sounds to early to say which combination of tickets would be best.

It depends on what time in March. The predictions are for the start of blooming in late March and that will be in the lower, warmer areas first. That said you might get some nice plum blossom in Tokyo if you are there earlier - look around Shinjuku Park for that. If you are there in march I would keep to the low lying areas - Tokyo, Izu Pensinsula etc if you are very keen on the flowers. Have a look at this map https://www.japan-experience.com/update/cherry-blossoms-in-japan-2020-...

Hi annabellmatt
What on earth does your response have to do with the question?
This is not the place to advertise an airline!

Hi!
Actually the ume (plum) was going pretty strong in Tokyo and environs in February this year. It was incredibly warm when we were just there, like 12.7-15.5 during the day. It's now canceled because of corona virus, but we went to one of the first week ends of the Mito Ume Festival and for it being the first week end, I would say it looked like a good 50% or more already.
I'd not been to Japan in February since 2010 but it was definitely warmer this time than in 2010.
If you're going mid March I would think you would catch Momo/peach. Assuming it is open, Shinjuku Gyoen had some great momo blossoms when I visited in March '09.
