Class 2 Drivers Licence

Have you or anyone you know got a Class 2 drivers licence (in English)? If so, what was the course & test like for you?
Already checked with Koyama Driving School, but they only offer the course & test in Japanese.
(I'm already aware you need to be 21+ years old and have had a Class 1 licence for 3+ years).

I have class 2 because I sometimes have to drive equipment to customer.
For class 1 (normal driving license) you can get English support, although the places are still limited.
For class 2 so far I have not seen English support near or around Nagoya. Maybe Tokyo but I have not checked that area.
There are specific school for class 2 driving license.
