Enoshima Kamakura Free Pass

Hi,

The Enoshima Kamakura Free Pass by Odakyu Railways covers a round trip from Tokyo to Fujisawa by Odakyu Railways and unlimited use of the Enoden and Odakyu Railways in the Kamakura/Enoshima free area on one calendar day.
I notice that between Shinjuku and Fujiwara there are the Exp, Rapid Exp, Ltd Exp.. Most are non-reserve trains. However, there is also a reserved only train chargeable at 630 Yen (ODAKYU LTD. EXP. ENOSHIMA 2 at 20:08 from Fujiwara to Shinjuku). Is the Free Pass valid for this train? Or we need to top-up 630 Yen?

Secondly, I want to confirm that this pass cannot be bought online?

NOT "Fuji(w)ara", Fuji(s)awa is.
