Which JR Pass to get for Tokyo-Toyama route?

Hi, I would like to follow Raina's route listed here: https://www.japan-guide.com/blog/raina/170724.html and I will be arriving and departing from Tokyo. Can I know which JR pass to get? Is it JR Osaka-Tokyo Hokuriku Arch Pass? Or the Takayama-Hokuriku Area Tourist Pass? Appreciate some advice here. Thanks!

Thank you! Is it worthwhile to get the JR pass then, if it's just a 4-5 days trip to Toyama? We are also planning to go Lake Kawaguchi, but it seems like it's not too convenient to go directly from Toyama. We will be in Japan from 10-20 May.
