Narita Airport to Asakusa? 2020/3/3 08:54
Hey guys, im German, so please note my relatively bad English.
I travel to Japan in 2 weeks and will land at Narita Airport.
My hotel is in Asakusa.

Which is the fastest, maybe direct, connection between these 2?

I already looked up hyperdia, but this website is way to confusing to me

best regard

I would have a look at the web page of your hotel what they suggest.

Otherwise, please confirm the hotel address, to check which station is actually the closest, as Asakusa is a neighbourhood with several stations.

It depends on your where your hotel is, what time of day you are arriving and how much luggage you have. I tend to get the Keisei Skyliner to Ueno & walk or take the subway to Asakusa. My flights from the UK tend to arrive in the morning so there is no hurry and the walk is quite pleasant after being on the plane for 12 hours.

Last time I did a transfer to Asakusa it was Keisei Skyliner to Ueno and then taxi. After a long flight and darkness/light rain my guests didn't need to tangle with another subway and then walk to their hotel.

Keisei Sky Access routemap is here https://www.keisei.co.jp/keisei/tetudou/skyliner/us/traffic/express.ph...

The following is a sample Hyperdia search https://bit.ly/2wqFYZi Option 3 shows the Sky Access with no transfers. Personally I would take the Skyliner & change (walk) to the subway at Ueno.

Here is a youtube video of that walk https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rc4v3glpV9o

I hope this is useful

I second the suggestion of taking Skyliner to Ueno and then taking taxi to hotel.
