Wagyu mince-meat in Tokyo

I live in Tokyo (Setagaya-ku) and was hoping to have a go at making my own Wagyu burgers from scratch. Does anyone know where I can find ground wagyu, preferably at a not-too-extortionate price? Is this the sort of thing I'll find in somewhere like Hanamasa, or will I need a specialist butcher?

Hmm... I couldn't find it in Maruetsu. Maybe I just need to learn to read better! Thanks - will keep looking.

The packages wouldn't say "Wagyu" or even "˜a‹". The name of producing area is generally on the label in the form of "XXŽY" or "XX‹" like "”ò‘Ë‹". Yes, you need to be able to read Japanese to know if it's Wagyu.
