Uji is a tea growing region in Japan. Tea from that region is called Uji tea. Matcha is one form of tea which is in powdered form and can be from other tea growing regions. So matcha from Uji is one of Uji tea https://www.japan-guide.com/e/e2041.html

Uji tea (‰FŽ¡’ƒ, Uji-cha) is a type of green tea leaves produced mainly in the Uji, Kyoto area.
