Change of Status application updated?

Currently, I am preparing documents to submit for the change of status of residence to "Engineer/Humanities/etc." that really long one.

The company gave me their half of the documents that I need to submit, but when I look on Immigration's website, it seems that it is different. I only got 2 pages from the company, but the website has like 4. Those two pages have the same information required, but formatted differently. The company is not aware of any changes even after I showed them the different documents.

Moreover, the title of the company's copy says N "Researcher/Engineer/Specialist as Humanities/ International Services/Skilled Labor/Designated Activities" whereas as the website's copy says N "Highly Skilled Professional/Highly Skilled Professional/Researcher/Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services/Nursing Care/Skilled Labor/Designated Activities."

Is this due to that new visa thing they did in April of 2019?

The website's format is the latest. There's minor changes but it's more or less the same. Just ensure your employer fills in their portion of the form and attach the necessary company docs then you'll be good to go.

I confirmed with another foreigner in the company. The last two pages have very specific company information, such as the 13-digit company number. However, the company gave me an official document with all of that information written down neatly, and since that is how the other woman applied in September 2019 and got her visa, it was assumed that this document sufficed.

After further examining the documents, it seems that Pages 1&2 are for the company itself while Pages 3&4 are in the case of being dispatched to a different company within Japan.

Basically, the old form that I received has the information more consolidated and would require more official documents on the company's behalf, whereas the new form is thoroughly explained in detail and allowing spaces to enter the information from the official documents, hence why it is about twice as big.
