Refund/Cancellation Japan Airlines

Hey guys.

I was planning to fly to Japan on March 16. I canceled from my side because of the current situation with my travel agent on the Internet.

Now the question is, what about cancellation costs/possible refund?

If you bought your ticket through an agency, you must get the refund through your agency. And if it's one of those online places with call centers in India with agents using fake English names, you are likely going to discover the high cost of cheap tickets.

You bought your ticket through an agent, so you need to contact the agent.
The refund policy on JAL website is not applicable if you booked the ticket by an agent.
