I think there is an underground tunnel for pedestrians connecting Kyushu and Honshu.

You can walk the bicycle, but not ride it on the tunnel.

Yes, you can push your bicycle through the tunnel for a fee of 20 Yen

Note that the tunnel closes at night.

It's an experience unto itself - you can see underwater in the tunnel where you cross the prefectures.
