How to cancel an old contract with U-mobile 2020/4/7 18:26
Hi everyone !
I have lived in Japan for 2 years between 2015 and 2017. During this time I had, and still have, a contract with U-mobil. I kept it for a time but now it really is time for a cancellation.

I am back in my homeland for several years now. How can I cancel online or with phone ?

Also I'm kinda struggling with kanjis so I couldn't find any option on the website

Thank you for your help !

Well thank you but I have another problem:
I don't have any way to connect to the website nor I have any SIM number.
Is there another way ? Maybe a form, a phone number, customer service. If possible in english.
Thank you again !

They don't have "English customer service". If they did, you wouldn't be able to enjoy their service for a reasonable price.
If you don't have a connection to the internet, how did you posted your question and following comment here?

Maybe ask someone you have met during the 2 years.

I do have a connection. It's the information for the connection I don't have. ID, password or SIM number.
