JR Pass to Amanohashidate 2020/4/10 19:16
I go to Amanoshidate from Kyoto, the trip is covered JR Pass ?
I search in Hyperdia and find LTD. EXP HASHIDATE 1 , but it is covered JR Pass or not ?

It depends on what JR pass you are using. If you use the Japan Rail Pass, then the trip is not fully covered. Some regional JR passes fully cover the trip, though. It is explained in detail here:

The Limited Express train from Kyoto to Amanohashidate traverses some private tracks, which is not covered. The 7, 14, or 21 day JR pass covers all regular travel on JR rails, but since it borrows tracks from another private train line, you will have to pay a surcharge.

There are other places that this happens, such as going on the Limited Express to Nikko, and to Kawaguchiko (Fuji Five Lakes), to name two.

Oh yeah... at some point along your trip, a conductor will check your ticket, and inform you of how much additional you owe. You can pay with cash, and possibly an IC card.
