Do you think JR nation wide pass or JR Tokyo wide pass cover saphir odoriko train from Tokyo to izukyu shimoda station.

The simple answer is: No.
Japan Rail Pass: the Japan Rail Pass generally does not cover the non-JR section between Ito and Izukyu-Shimoda. You will have to pay separately. The green car version of the Japan Rail Pass will cover green car seats between Tokyo and Ito, but it won't cover "Premium Green" seats.
Tokyo Wide Pass: the Tokyo Wide Pass is valid all the way to Izukyu-Shimoda, but it does not cover Green cars. Because the Saphir odoriko carries only Green and Premium Green seats, the pass can't be used to ride it.

Mr A is 70+ and with her wife,Total 88+.Now my question goes to Do you think Full moon couple green pass 79330, 99650, 125320 yen (5, 7 ,12 Days) cover saphir odoriko train from Tokyo to izukyu shimoda

The coverage of the Full Moon Couple Green Pass is the same as that of the green version of the Japan Rail Pass (i.e. it does not cover the section between Ito and Izukyu-Shimoda), except that the Full Moon Couple Green Pass cannot be used during certain peak seasons.

Do you think, Full moon couple green pass valid on following train: Sunrise izumo=Tokyo to izumo station Sunrise seto=Tokyo to Takamatsu station Moonlight nagara=Tokyo to ogaki station (2310 pm to 5:45 am)
