I assume you are talking about this place https://applefarm.co.jp/rokuchonome-farmThere is a map /address at the bottom, you can copy the address and paste into a new google map page to see. From Sendai station, you can take the subway Tozai line (6 stations) to Arai station, and walk 15 minutes from there. They are currently closed (at least until May 6), and selling lunch boxes.
