Transferwise vs Japan Post Bank

Hello everyone,
I am a overseas student who are going to study in Japan for 3 years. I will be opening a bank account in Japan Post Bank once arrived Japan, however there is a restriction in the bank that those who stay in Japan less than 6 months cannot deposit and remit overseas.
Is it possible to send money though Transferwise to a new Japan Bank account which just opened within a month? Is there any restriction on the amount? Thank you!

Transferwise uses transfer within Japan, so there shouldnft be any restrictions for how much you can receive per month.
