Day trip to Lake Kawaguchiko

I like to visit Lake Kawaguchiko, I will be going by rental car, what I want to do is visit the music forest,
Kubota Itchiku Museum, Yamanashi Gem Museum and take some snap shots of mount Fuji, are these places easy to reach by car, any other places to visit for view of greenery, can this be done through rental car in one day, I do have a tight schedule coming from Kusatsu and last place enoshima island for 4 days and back to Tokyo
