Can you give a bit more context?
A standard way would be お邪魔します おじゃまします
But it’s an expression that is readily used in a lot of circumstances, in which in English you would not say anything like that. Eg when entering the house of a friend

Do you want to really “apologize” for something (bad) you’ve done/caused, or (like suggested by LikeBike) just saying excuse me (for entering a room where others are in, getting in someone’s way, passing in front of another person, etc.)? That would determine the wording.

You could say: めいわくを かけて ごめんなさい。(“I apologize for inconveniencing you.”) ごめいわくを おかけして もうしわけありません。(the same as above, a bit more formal.) よけいな おてまを おかけして、もうしわけありませn。(“I apologize for giving you extra trouble“– trouble in the sense of extra efforts/time to fix something that was caused by you) – with a bit more formal tone.
