Hello, My mother has a very nice China set she bought it back in the 80s or the early 90s I guess, Ifm dying to understand what does the logo says so that I can look for the manufacturer online I canft write Japanese so I took a photo of logo and uploaded it to Google Drive https://drive.google.com/file/d/1mgYByYNae7h0fJLiC31PfhwSolms-982/view...If someone can answer it would be highly appreciated 😊

I don't know anything but China but ސ (Kinsei) basically means "produced by". I guess the company is just called ی (Marugo) but maybe someone who knows more about this kind of thing will correct me if I'm wrong.
