I'm staying in Yasumiya for three days/two nights. I was planning on buying a one-way bus ticket from Hachinohe to the town and then another one-way bus ticket back on my third day. (Incidentally, could I just use an IC card to pay for this?) However, on my second day I was hoping to go around Oirase Stream. How do payments work for this since the prices seem to be quite high? I assume IC cards work? Cash? Or do I have to buy a ticket for every time I go on it? I heard there's a free pass, but I'm not sure it will be worth it since I'm staying three days and not two days. Any help would be appreciated.
