How to get to Bandai Skyline and Lakeline

I want to travel Fukushima prefecture to see the autumn fall colours. I want to visit Mount Bandai, Bandai Skyline, Bandai Goldline and Bandai Lakeline. But I don�ft have car.
Is it possible to go there without personal car? Is there any travel bus or rented Taxi available in this area? From where I can get a taxi and what would be the approximate cost?

I took a bus to Bishamon-numa in 2018. The bus took me to a visitor centre and a large gift shop. It's located somewhere between Lakes Akimoto and Hibara on the map linked above. I can't remember where exactly I took it from but I was staying in Aizuwakamatsu.

So you saw Bandai Skyline and Goldline from bus or the bus had left you in the visitor center and then from there you walked to explore the place?

Bandai Toto Kanko Bus has limit service in the area, but we drove around in a rental car.

None of the local buses run along the roads in question. And the bus that is usually offered along the Skyline is not offered this year due to the virus. Renting a taxi is in my opinion the only option if you don't drive. As a rule of thumb, they cost around 20,000 yen per 2 hours.
