Alternatives to Sekizenkan nearer to Tokyo?

Hello. I am plnning to stay at ryokan similar to Sekizenkan in Shima Onsen. Since I plan to bring elders and children, I think it is not convenient enough to use public transport.
Any suggestion ryokan nearer and more convenient to Tokyo?

I would look at Izu peninsula around Shuzenji or in Shuzenji (but not Atami!)
I remember staying in a very old ryokan a bit further inland from Shuzenji which was magnificent. Just donft find it now again.
You can either drive from Tokyo, or get by train to Shuzenji and then get a cab or rent a car.
Enjoy the soak.
