Does rikonfuryuritodoke affect visa renewal?

If someone wrote 離婚不受理届 without his spouse knowing about it, will it affect his visa renewal when checking his file?
The applicant is still married and living together with his spouse

This is a submission one makes so as to prevent the city hall from officially accepting a report of divorce made by someone else (such as the spouse), which the spouse/someone else attempts to report without the person’s knowledge or consent, right?
Of course one (if he needs to do this) would do this without the spouse’s knowledge, because it would likely be the spouse who he is afraid might report the divorce.

If the immigration authorities notice, they might ask you why – and depending on the reason, there might be complications. For example, if there is no consent between the couple and one side wants to take it to court/arbitration but the other party wants to simply get done with it, that would be a valid reason.
