Where to buy rockwool insulation?

I want to buy this https://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/ロックウールI live by a busy street with really loud cars and frogs. I don't need to use my windows so I plan to completely block them with insulation. the nearest home center didn't have any insulation at all. do home centers normally carry insulation here?

You can buy them on-line by searching 断熱材 and the search would also lead you to websites of major home centers like Nafco, Cainz or Kohnan.
But you may want to make sure that your room gets some sun once in a while so that it won't catch mold.
