University teaching voice acting and manga?

Hi! I would like to study in a university in Japan wich'd have both, voice acting and manga art courses, and more specifically, it would be great if it could be an university with a high amount of foreign students. Thanks in advence for any response.

I assume you intend to study in Japanese language. I easily found universities by Googling 漫画コースのある大学 and 声優コースのある大学. As for foreign students, you'll have to study each official website of the universities.
