Are there any country clubs in Japan, and if there are any, do they have any swimming pools with 3 meter high or taller springboard diving boards?

When we hear "country clubs" in Japan, the only thing that comes to mind is golf courses. You'd need to look specifically for swimming pools with diving boards.
