Videogame toy Japan repair?

Hi,
Not sure where to put or ask this. As I bought a Nintendo Sound bank when in Japan last time but somehow it need a battery change. I guess there might be some repair guide or something but not sure what that could be called in japanese as my knowledge is rather basic.
On the box it says there is a company called Media Factory that manufactured this.
Maybe there is some kind of forum for these kind of questions? :)
