Hitachi BG17SS: No microwave, rotation or fan

I recently took over a flat with a rather recently renovated kitchen.
A microwave oven Hitachi BG17SS causes some headache. It looks brand new, but neither the microwave power, the rotation or the fan goes on.
Isn't there a cermaic fuse inside that might need to be replaced?
I don't believe there's any setting to actually activate these functions. It starts counting down the time on the display "as expected".
Please, any suggestions!

Did you buy or rent the apartment? If renting, you could ask your landlord.
Alternatively maybe you can find this/similar model at BIC Camera or similar shop and see if they can explain you how it works.
