I’m changing the second sentence a bit so it makes sense.

Statement 1:
自然と一体になるのじゃ

Statement 2:
自然と一体化してやがる
or
自然と一体化していやがる

1 is someone (from the tone of the speech someone old/older) giving an instruction saying “you must/you are to become one with nature.”

2 is someone making an observation about someone else saying “oh you have/he has become one with nature (already).”

Maybe the first one is the elder telling the young one what he must do (assuming he won't be able to do it), and the second one is the elder finding out that the young one has done it quick and easy, saying "oh I cannot believe it but he's done it!"?

自然と一体, if use the words, "unite with nature",
1. unite (vi, 自動詞) with nature.
2. you/he/she is (already) united(vt,他動詞) with nature.
