Applying Waseda SILS feom Canada?

Hello, I am planning to apply for the SILS program for the 2023 September Entry. My GPA is around 3.6 (unweighted) so far. For high school students in Canada( British Columbia), Waseda screens your application without standardized test scores. Are there people who got accepted by not submitting tests like SAT ( want to know because I never heard of SILS applicants from Canada and can't find admission results who didn't take standardized tests) and what TOEFL score I should aim for to get accepted?
