Chain strap allowed on airplanes 2022/4/1 17:34
International flight with American Airlines from Japan to the US.
I have one carry one and one person item.
My personal item is a person with a large chain strap.
See photo link below.
Is this allowed on airplanes?
I remember a long time ago chain straps weren't allowed into concerts.
I know it's unrelated, but want to be sure.

I see no reason for not allowing this on board. This is just a handbag. If it is not allowed, then no handbags with a strap should be allowed on board (and that would be ridiculous). However I think it would be better to contact directly the airline you will be flying with. They know better.
