My sister is wheelchair bound. Her family is planning a trip to Hokkaido, autumn (2023).
Anyone know of any vehicle rental company in Hokkaido that offer wheelchair accessible vehicle?

I just looked up (in Japanese) "rent-a-car you can get on in a wheelchair," and search results included some of the major rental car companies that have offices nationwide. The availability will be limited, though, so you should inquire early. The company names that appeared include: Toyota Rent-a-car, Nippon Rentacar, and Orix rentacar.
