No, the pass is only valid as far as the southern border of the Tokyo Metropolis, which is Nishi-Oi Station along the Yokosuka Line or Kamata Station along the Keihin-Tohoku Line. The fare from Kamata to Kamakura is 650 yen, while the fare from Nishi-Oi or Shinagawa is 730 yen.
