Tokyo Haneda processing times

Hi ,
After a ridiculous amount of paperwork and forms to tick all the boxes and my negative COVID19 test result this morning I am ready to fly into Haneda on Wednesday morning from Australia. Does anyone have any info on what sort of processing times are happening atm? I havenft been to Japan since pre pandemic, I did hear it was 2-3 hours when an arrival test was required but since that has been scrapped Ifm hoping itfs somewhat less? Just curious as I have 2.30 between arrival and a domestic flight. But in my history of dealing with paperwork in Japan I am completely sceptical it will be a quick process. Thanks for any info.
