As topic, can you buy the pass within Hakone area?
Or are the odakyu offices at Shinjuku and Odawara the only points of sale?

You can only buy it a the listed locations on the website. If that means taking train to Odawarra from Hakone-Yumoto and wasting 14 minutes and 320 yen, Then so be it.
