Getting from Kansai IA to Osaka Late Tonight?

My flight has been delay, and at the moment it appears that it'll be arriving in Kansai at Midnight. Assuming no more delays, what are my options to get into downtown? It appears that all the busses have been cancelled, trains don't run that late and the Taxi is very expensive. If there are any options that I might not of thought of that can be organised, please let me know!

P.s If you flying from Cairns to Kansai today on the same flight, please let me know so we can start a group chat to help everyone out.

Unfortunately, the midnight bus for Namba is now suspended.

You can wait for a train or bus at Café Lounge (Aeroplaza: 2nd floor).

The railway station building is adjacent to Aeroplaza;
it sounds easier to catch a train than to go further and find a correct bus stop.

JR-West and Nankai have ticket gates separately.

JR Limited Express Haruka makes a stop at Shin-Osaka Station on the way to Kyoto.
Nankai Limited Express Rapi;t takes you to Namba Station , which is the last stop.

I was lucky, it appears someone has organised buses, and I followed the right crowd. At least I hope I'm on right bus!!
