Visa waiver question

Hello

My friend and I recently booked a group tour and received 15 day Japanese group tourist visas to travel to Japan on October 21. This was before the announcement that Japan will reopen on the 11th.

We're both Australian citizens and we're hoping to book our own flights which would mean that we'd arrive in Japan on the 11th October at 6am, instead of on the 21st October with our tour group as originally planned. We would then like to stay after the tour finishes & depart a week later after the tour ends on the 5th November.

As we are Australian, fully vaccinated and don't need a visa after October 11, will immigration let us in for the 90 days if we arrive on October 11 despite us already having a 15 day visa on October 21?
