Lake Towada/Hakkodo/Oirase Stream Day Trip

I have one day to spend in this area (Oct 18th ), starting at Hikage Onsen and ending the day at Hachinohe, we'll be driving and looking to enjoy s much beauty, autumn colours are possible and happy to walk quite a bit when possible.
The previous day we'll spend around Shirokami Sanchi.
The Mount Hakkodo Ropeway, Oirase Stream and Lake Towada all look gorgeous, I was thinking of visiting them in this order:
Hikage Onsen->Hakkodo Ropeway->Oirase Stream-> Lake Towada->Hachinohe
However, I do wonder if it's too much in one day and if I should leave out one of them.
What do you think?
Try all three? Drop one? If so, which one?
