Where can take passenger ferry from Nagasaki Kumamoto verses. If yes, it is cover by Japan rail pass. Where can see the ferry schedule from the website.

There is a ferry from the Shimabara Peninsula of Nagasaki Prefecture to Kumamoto. Here is the official website: https://www.kumamotoferry.co.jp/lang/?lang=enThere are no ferries between the city of Nagasaki and Kumamoto. Ferries are never covered by the Japan Rail Pass. The only exception is the JR Miyajima ferry.
