Nikko low cost bus pass?

When I went to Nikko years ago there was a cheap pass called something like World Heritage Sightseeing Pass that was around 500-600 JPY. You could use it for bus travel in the main Nikko area where all the shrines and temples are.
Does this pass still exist?
