Driver from Chubu Airport to Utsumi

Hello.

Does anyone know of a reliable driver who can perhaps fetch us from the airport to Minami-Chita area ?
Can type/whatsapp in Japanese, and can speak some basic Japanese.

Pretty expensive fares from the site; does anyone happen to perhaps have the contact of a private driver and I can arrange the transfer with him/her directly ?

I have never used it, but according to an Uber Taxi estimate, it was \10,543 from Centrair to Utsumi Beach.
If there is congestion or construction work, the price may go up.

Alternatively, you can take the limousine bus to Chita Handa Station and then take the train to Utsumi.
