UK Vaccination Certs: MySoS App

I am arriving in Japan on 9 November 2022 and I'm keen to use the MySoS App to use 'fast track'. I am tripIe vaccinated against COVID, but the NHS App provides three (3) certificates, one for each vaccination. Do I have to upload all three? And is it possible, because the MySoS App seems to expect a single (1) certificate?
