Queues at Kansai Airport

What are the queues like at Kansai? I have heard reports of 2-3 hour queues at Haneda and Fukuoka.

Probably depends on whether therefs a lot of planes arriving at the same time. Therefs no queue when we arrived (around Saturday 9:30pm) but it took about 1.5-2 hours to pass the security check when we depart (Sunday 11am flight).
