Haneda AP to Shinjuku at 2 am how?

I am arriving in Haneda airport along with 8 other people at 12:45 am, so I am assuming it would take an hour for the process of everything. It's 2 am, what can I do to get to the city cheapest and quickly?

Any bus?
I heard trains are down way before that time and open at 6 if im not mistaken
Ubers?
Taxis?
Anything Else?

City as in where? Shinjuku Shibuya Tokyo etc.

And what you going to do then on such early in the morning?

Is it not possible just to stay/loiter at the airport lobby until the first train (0530ish) or bus?

Unfortunately, the only option may be via ride sharing, (Uber, Lyft, etc.) but they're often even more expensive than Taxi rides.

There seems to be late night bus service, 3 times a night, starting at 1:00, 1:40 and 2:20, Haneda terminal 3.

There are late-night buses departing Haneda for Shinjuku. They depart terminal 3 at 1:00, 1:40 and 2:20. I would expect immigration and customs to be very fast at that late time of the day, i.e. I would expect you to have little problem to catch one of these buses.

The one-way fare is a relatively steep 2200 yen, so if there are 8 of you, one of the taxi/transfer options may be the better choice.

Heiwajima onsen has shuttle services and relaxation rooms. Ifve never been there but always looking for an opportunity!

JAL Haneda West wing hotel - short taxi ride from HND. Therefs a train station opposite the hotel that you can take to the city after checkout. Look at their ACCESS tab.
You must let the hotel know you are arriving late , ie arrival time, date .

Even if you decide to eloiterf at HND, you wonft be able to check in at yr hotel till 15:00.
Best to have a good nights sleep to set you up for yr holidays.
Yes everything costs money but youfve probably factored that in with the flight choice/late arrival.

I've commented on taxi rides before, but I'm not sure if the suitcases are all packed.

Check with the taxi company in advance, and if you don't seem to be able to get a taxi, JAL ABC or Yamato Transport at Terminal 3 are open 24 hours a day, so it's better to have them delivered.

If you want to wait at the airport until the first train, I think the 5:23 Keihin Kyuko is the earliest. (Terminal 3 departs at 5:26)

If you transfer to the Yamanote Line at Shinagawa Station, you will arrive at Shinjuku.
The limousine bus doesn't seem to run until around 7:00.
