I has confirm departure on October, can I buy the jr pass now.? If not, how many months prior my confirmed arrival in Osaka.

Anything can happen between now & October. If I was buying, I would buy it a week or two before I get on the plane or whatever the minimum time is if you need to receive the order by post.
Itfs not like buying plane tickets - the price remains the same, only the currency conversion fluctuates.

You could, but it would not be valid. The first date of use must be within three months of purchase for an exchange order. If you buy the pass direct, the first day of use can be up to one month later.
For an October trip, buy in August or September.

As mentioned, do not purchase it now. You wouldn't be able to use it next October, and when you try to refund it, many agencies will charge you a 10-20% refund fee.
