We willing staying at Kobe and plan to visit mount rokko & Onsen arima . Is there a transport pass including bus, ropeway & cable car to mount rokko & onsen arima.

Currently, the Rokkosan cable car is out of service, and it seems that the alternative bus will not run depending on the weather.

Rokkosan Cable Shita Station can be reached by Kobe City Bus No. 16 or No. 106.

This ticket can also be used between Tanigami and Shin-Kobe Station (or Sannomiya). It costs 280 yen one way.
